回彈儀使用范圍:是專業(yè)測海綿,泡沫,橡膠等軟質(zhì)材料而設(shè)計(jì)的一款高性價(jià)比的光學(xué)儀器。主要將鋼球自由下落在軟質(zhì)泡沫塑料或其他彈性材料試樣上。
測定其回彈高度的儀器,主要用于測定聚氨脂彈性材料測試項(xiàng)目中的回彈性能(回彈系數(shù))。

適用于測定軟質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫塑料的落球式回彈性能.
落球回彈試驗(yàn)機(jī)通過給定直徑和質(zhì)量的鋼球在規(guī)定高度上自由落在泡沫塑料試樣上,
計(jì)算鋼球回彈的zui大高度與鋼球落下高度比值的百分率既回彈率,以回彈率表示泡沫塑料的回彈性能。滿足08標(biāo)準(zhǔn)A法和B法試驗(yàn)方法。
回彈儀工作原理:海綿,泡沫,橡膠等材料成型后,至少應(yīng)存放72小時(shí)才能進(jìn)行測試。
測試前,試樣應(yīng)在溫度23±2℃,相對(duì)濕度45%-50%的環(huán)境中進(jìn)行狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)至少16小時(shí),然后在上述環(huán)境中進(jìn)行測試。
