電壓擊穿試驗儀采用計算機控制，通過人機對話方式，完成對絕緣介質(zhì)材料的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗。

適用于對固體絕緣材料(如：絕緣漆、樹脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、層壓制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等)在工頻電壓下?lián)舸╇妷?，擊穿強度和耐電壓的測試。

儀器對實驗過程中的各種數(shù)據(jù)快速、準確地進行采集、處理、存取、顯示、打印。

  1、門限位保護：不關門，即使通電點實驗開始，設備無任何反應，軟件會有:安全門未關閉提示。

     2、電壓歸零保護：如果在實驗過程中，突然斷電，下次開機后，會自動回到零位，保證初始電壓為在零位

     3、終止電壓保護：可以通過軟件設定終止電壓，保證在升壓過程中如果出現(xiàn)異常升到的電壓后，自動終止并歸零

     4、高壓機械限位：如果軟件系統(tǒng)失去控制，電壓繼續(xù)往上升，到高壓限位后自動歸零

     5、如果在擊穿后未判停，通過過流保護器采集數(shù)據(jù)保證電壓自動歸零

     6、有高壓指示燈，通過觀察指示燈的狀態(tài)來判斷實在升壓還是在零位

     7、如果長時間做實驗，為保證設備的良好運行，設備留有變壓器排氣口，保證變壓器的良好運行，增長使用壽命

     8、如果在實驗中，試樣有異味或者出現(xiàn)燃燒和冒煙現(xiàn)象，可以通過排風系統(tǒng)進行排除。

整機組成：

1、升壓部件：由調(diào)壓器和高壓變壓器組成0～50KV的升壓部分。

2、動部件：由步進電機均勻調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)壓器使加給高壓變壓器的電壓變化。

3、檢測部件：由集成電路組成的測量電路。通過信號線把檢測的模擬信號和開關信號傳給計算機。

4、計算機軟件：通過智能電路把由檢測設備采集的測控信號傳給計算機。計算機根據(jù)采集的信息控制設備運行并處理試驗結(jié)果。

5、試驗電極：根據(jù)國家標準(1408.1-2006)隨設備提供三個電極，具體規(guī)格為：Ф25mm×25mm兩個；Ф75mm×25mm一個。

●本儀器試驗過程中如空氣相對濕度大于70%，兩電極間空氣放電的距離會增加很多，所以試驗中請與儀器保持1.2米的距離。

●本儀器之控制計算機專為電壓擊穿試驗機設計，請勿隨意添加和刪除程序或移作它用。

注意事項：

6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進行放電，放電時間5秒以上。

7、每次進行試驗前，必須檢查儀器接地。

設備機械結(jié)構(gòu)

　　1.本儀器主機分為上下兩層.上層為試驗小室.內(nèi)置試驗電極系統(tǒng)、用防紫外線有機玻璃門封閉,便于觀察并確保安全.上有通風孔(實驗完畢后,可自動排風).試驗室的內(nèi)面板后面,裝有高壓電路的保護電阻及高頻抑制電感等.

　　2. 儀器下層為電氣箱.右后部裝有高壓試驗變壓器,右前部為調(diào)壓器及步進電極升壓裝置,前部為主電路控制電路及單片機電子線路板.(為防止干擾,電路部分將數(shù)字電路與模擬電路分開).內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),均實現(xiàn)屏蔽、隔離.

　　3.試驗變壓器采用干式變壓器,具有絕緣性能好、性能穩(wěn)定,損耗低,無污染,免維護等優(yōu)點.升壓裝置采用,步進電機控制調(diào)壓器進行自動升壓.

　　4.因高壓試驗都會產(chǎn)生電磁干擾,為更好的起到屏蔽及效果,全部采用隔離屏蔽技術(shù)進行處理.

　　耐電弧試驗儀試驗在較高電壓下進行,所以我們在設計時加以必要的保護措施以防止發(fā)生意外.

　　1.試驗在試驗箱中進行,試樣可放在空氣中或變壓器油中.50KV電壓頭安全放電距離對四周均小于200mm,試驗時即使觸到箱壁也不會發(fā)生危險.

　　2.升壓變壓器高壓側(cè)尾端及儀器外殼是連接在一起的,即儀器外殼與該地點的地是等電位.

　　3.電路保護:儀器設有過流保護、過壓保護、失壓保護、短路保護、漏電保護電路等.
